My Relaxing Getaway at Spring Hotel Vulcano, Tenerife

I recently spent a week at Spring Hotel Vulcano in Tenerife, and it turned out to be a good place to unwind and recharge. Located right in the heart of Playa de las Américas, the hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, style, and convenience. From the moment I walked into the airy, plant-filled lobby, I felt welcomed.

The atmosphere is calm and modern, and my room was spacious, clean, and came with a private balcony. I love a balcony for quiet mornings or watching the sunset in the evening.

One of the highlights of my stay was the UP! Rooftop Terrace. This adults-only area offers incredible views, comfy sun loungers and an infinity pool. It felt like a little hideaway above the hustle and bustle, and I found myself spending a lot of time there just soaking it all in. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the local area which is just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and plenty of places to eat. Each day was a mix of exploring, walking the seafront promenade and enjoying the hotel’s pool. Considering the hotels proximity to the lively areas of Plays de las Américas it really does have a very peaceful vibe.

Overall, Spring Hotel Vulcano made my trip to Tenerife truly memorable. It’s a fantastic option for anyone looking to enjoy some sun in a stress-free setting.

During my time in Tenerife, I also visited and spent some time at two other Spring Hotel. Bitácora which is very family friendly and is located just over the road from the Vulcano. This hotel offers and action-packed programme for the whole family. Also, Arona Gran Hotel, this is a stylish, adults-only seafront retreat in Los Cristianos, which is around a 30 - 40-minute stroll from the Vulcano Hotel. Aron Gran offers stunning ocean views, elegant rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The Arona Gran has a great facility if you are on a cycling holiday and have taken your own bike with you. They have a bike storage room and also the facility to do bike repairs too. They are also able to hire a bike for you if you prefer.

These two hotels both have the UP facility which again are adults only roof top terraces.
