Lindy helped find us a great hotel for our short stay, and was patient with us as we kept changing our minds what area we wanted. She even called the hotel to ask for a room upgrade! So we had amazing view of a marina with a balcony. Would 100% book again with Lindy and will be doing for our honeymoon!

Our holiday to Lanzerote was very good thanks to the care that Linda Parsons arranged for us. Nothing to worry about and assistance was extremely good, all down to the care that Linda arranged , from checking in to arriving home, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services .

100% recommend Jo, we've worked with her for years, she knows what we like and tailors trips to our needs. She is very good at what she does. On our most recent trip, the hotel in Amsterdam was in a perfect location for the marathon, the private transfers worked well and the second hotel in Marrakech was amazing (and also in a great location - everything we needed in terms of restaurants/bars/YSL museum was a mile or less away). We had a really good trip (again!).

Jo delivered on my remit absolutely to the letter! I wanted a short, action packed Iceland experience for my girlfriend's 50th with a central hotel and easy transport links. We got just that, every transfer or trip was seamless, the hotel was on the main eating/shopping street in Reykjavík and yet stylish and quiet, and I really feet our time was organised and used well. A very lovely experience.

Just back from a week in Kos after booking for the first time with Emma. Wish we had booked with her before. From the very start the attention to detail & communication was perfect. Everything taken care of before we had a chance to think about it. Even when we requested a last minute change in accommodation, Emma sorted this within a day. Helen was a brilliant travel expert who helped me book my solo trip to Thailand! She gave me a variety of trip itineraries to choose from, and prioritised my safety as a solo traveller in Asia. I initially booked with Toni as she was a friend. I have already rebooked because she did such a brilliant job. Philippa of Designer Travel has been super efficient in arranging our special trip to New Zealand. As our journey across the world is long and arduous, Philippa has helped us to plan stopovers, both on the outgoing and return journeys home. As well as planning the routes she has also managed to source the cheapest way for us. It has been wonderful to have someone like Philippa who has been amazing, to take the angst out of trying to do all the research involved ourselves. Jo organised our first holiday abroad after Covid. She listened to exactly the type of holiday we were looking for and her recommendation was perfect.
