Welcome to my page! I am delighted to have been a part of the Designer Team for 9 years now and thoroughly enjoy looking after everyone who puts their faith in me to look after their travel plans. I am proud to say my business has been, and is built on recommendation and reputation.

I have worked my whole adult life in the Travel Industry, having been an award winning manager for high street Travel Agencies in several towns around the North East of England before deciding to become a Self Employed Travel Agent with Designer Travel, A decision I have never looked back from :)

I often support fellow Associates too as in this industry you need to keep ahead of changes and developments around the world. And Pride myself on a second to none attention to detail, so you can be safe knowing I look after every aspect of your plans as if they are my own.

I have always had a passion for travel, providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations. I understand how important it is to get your holiday right and I get excited along with the customer about their holiday plans and enjoy the process of bringing all the requirements together.

Having such a long career in the industry, if I haven‘t been to a destination myself, I will definitely have the knowledge from the feedback given off my extensive portfolio of customer reports.

My favourite destinations in Europe are Italy and Greece and I also have a soft spot for cruising.
