The 18 hole San Lorenzo Golf course which is exclusive to hotel guests, has the reputation of being one of the best courses in Europe and is one of the most beautiful and demanding courses in the Algarve.

The hotel also has an outdoor heated swimming pool with oustanding views over the Atlantic, three floodlit tennis courts plus the Vale do Lobo Royal Spa which offers massages and beauty treatments and is equipped with saunas, hammam, steam room, Vichy shower, water-jet pool and poolside Jacuzzi.

Dona Filipa has a Beach Club – an exclusive area on the nearby long, red sandy beach. There are approximately 70 courtesy sun beds, parasols and beach towels available to hotel guests during the summer months, as well as a snack and beverage service.

Children are very welcome at Hotel Dona Filipa and there is a children’s pool adjacent to the main swimming pool. The Kangaroo Club caters for children from 3-12 years old and is open subject to seasonal demand.
