Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort is an elegant five star hotel situated in a stunning cliff-top location. Located in the historic city of Lagos and within walking distance to the award winning Dona Ana Beach, the resort is divided into four individually decorated wings which reflect the style of the four continents explored by Portuguese navigators.

The hotel has two swimming pools, one of which has a natural sand bottom plus there’s a heated pool at the Tanai Spa. The Spa offers a large range of wellness programmes and has treatment rooms, a sundeck, Jacuzzi, sauna and a fully equipped gym.

There are two tennis courts or you can practice your golf at the hotel’s cliff-top driving range and pitch and putt areas. Four excellent golf courses are near to the hotel as well.

The Cassidy Kids Club will keep children from 3-12 years old entertained with a range of fun activities (operates seasonally).
