The resort has over 25 acres of gardens filled with lush trees, bushes, plants and flowers. A relaxing walk will fill your senses with unique scents and colours and, as the hotel faces the sea over the cliffs of Praia des Gaivotas, the views are stunning.

There are four outdoor seawater swimming pools, one of which is heated seasonally, a freshwater pool and a children’s freshwater pool. Direct access to the secluded sandy beach is via steps.

If you’re feeling active, there are tennis courts, gymnastics, personal trainers, tai chi chuan and yoga (some activities are payable). Vilalara Thalassa Resort also has agreements and exclusive rates with the best golf clubs in the Algarve.
