My name is Joanne Robson and I live in the Newcastle upon Tyne area with my husband and daughter. I have worked in the travel industry for over 25 years and I was an award winning Travel Agency Manager in a role I held for 20 years.
Recently, I have been managing a portfolio of customers to service their individual needs on a more personal and bespoke basis.
I am passionate about travel and have visited many destinations worldwide. This includes the USA, Mexico, Dubai, Canada, the Caribbean and numerous locations across Europe. My favourite family destination is Florida which I have visited many times and I‘m already planning the next trip ! I also adore cruising; the ability to visit multiple ports of call in one holiday with all the trappings of a luxury cruise ship to me is fantastic.
