🛳️ The Ship: Boutique Hotel Meets Superyacht

Explora I feels more like a floating boutique hotel than a traditional cruise ship. With a sleek design, spacious suites, and a strong focus on wellness and gastronomy, it’s tailored for travellers who want a refined, immersive experience. Think private terraces ( not balconies), ocean-inspired spa treatments, and six gourmet restaurants serving everything from Mediterranean to Pan-Asian cuisine, 460 all-terrace suites

🗺️ My Itinerary: Athens to Bari

I boarded my Journey in Athens to experience a 4-night itinerary as follows: a day at sea, a full day in Katakolon ( for tours to Olympia) full day in Kefalonia, and disembarked in Bari, Italy

I stayed in an Ocean Grand Terrace Suite (420sqft including terrace) The most comfortable bed I have stayed in, A Bottle of Dom Pérignon was readily waiting to be opened, and my butler soon arrived to explain more benefits such as the complimentary pressing of clothing within 24 hours of check in, 1 complimentary bag of laundry per suite ( up to 48 hours before checkout) and my choice of complimentary bottle of spirit and wine... oh not forgetting ladies, all suites have a Dyson hairdryer and the most gorgeous toiletries. Tea & Coffee making facilities in all Suites. A lovely day bed with table & chairs on the Terrace.

🍽️ Dining & Service: Michelin-Level at Sea

Dining on Explora I is a highlight. The service was impeccable in all restaurants—attentive without being intrusive, and always with a smile. And the food is just exceptional....Unlimited fine drinks are included as standard, as well as gratuities and wifi. The Emporium restaurant is no regular Buffet, but open for breakfast, lunch and dinner - far from a buffet - the only resemblance is its help yourself, the food and choice are unreal.... I dined in Fil Rouge, Med Yacht Club, Sakura and Emporium - don‘t ask me to pick a favourite !!

🧘‍♀️ Wellness & Relaxation

The Ocean Wellness Centre is a sanctuary, with 11 treatment rooms, a Steam Room, a Sauna, a Hydrotherapy pool, to name a few. There’s also sunrise yoga on deck, a salt cave, and a fitness studio with panoramic views.

Explora I isn’t just a cruise—it’s a journey. Whether you're sipping wine ( all included) on your private terrace, relaxing by one of the 5 pools or exploring the fabulous ports of call, every moment feels curated and personal.
