Our Unforgettable Stay at Once in Mykonos Adult-Only Paradise

Our Unforgettable Stay at Once in Mykonos Adult-Only Paradise

As we stepped off our easyJet flight in Mykonos, we knew we were in for a treat. Our 10-minute taxi ride to the stunning Once in Mykonos adult-only hotel was a breeze, thanks to the complimentary airport transfers.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a golf buggy and taken to reception, where the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for our stay. Our Panoramic Sea View Design Room was everything we hoped for – spacious, stylish, and boasting breathtaking views of Ornos Bay.

The staff‘s attention to detail was impressive, and the surprise anniversary/birthday plate was a lovely touch. We spent our days lounging by the pool, exploring Ornos Bay, and enjoying the local cuisine.

One of the highlights of our stay was the infinity pool, with its comfy sunbeds, bean bags, and cabanas. The pool area was so relaxing, and the staff were always on hand to refresh our drinks.

On a couple of the evenings, we took a local bus to Mykonos Old Town, which was a bargain at €2 per person. The winding cobbled streets, picturesque windmills, and stunning sunsets made for an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed cocktails at sunset in one of the several cocktail bars in Little Venice and delicious Greek meals at a local taverna, plus sampled the island's famous gyros and ice cream during our stay.

We visited the famous Scorpios beach club, which is around 20 20-minute drive located on Paraga beach.

This place is all about the experience, it's very pricey, so beware you're looking at at least 30 euros for a main meal and a bottle of wine starting from €80!! We did have a very enjoyable evening, attentive staff and big portions, which you'd expect for the price; you could even get away with sharing a couple of options.

There is a DJ who ramps up as the evening goes on. Then turns into a party! Plus, the sunset was unreal here!

We also ventured to Psarrou beach, which boasts crystal-clear waters and stunning views.

We took a cab from our hotel, which cost 36 euros. The crystal clear blue waters are just something else. Located just along from Nammos Beach club, another popular choice for day drinking and party atmosphere. The music gets going from around 4.30 pm and is a hot spot for celebrities

As we celebrated my 40th birthday and our wedding anniversary, Once in Mykonos provided the perfect setting. The hotel's attentive staff, beautiful rooms, and stunning location made for an unforgettable stay.

If you're looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing break in a beautiful setting, Once in Mykonos is an excellent choice.
