This restored 17th century manor house is a peaceful retreat located just 20 minutes drive from Colombo airport – well placed for travellers wishing to start a trip around Sri Lanka or indeed a welcome and relaxing place to be for people finishing their travels.

The Wallawwa has beautifully manicured gardens, an office, library and outdoor swimming pool. Colombo city centre offers a wide range of shopping, dining and cultural opportunities or you can take a trip to one of the nearby beaches in Negombo.

The Z Spa has single and double treatment rooms with open-air bathrooms centred round a pretty courtyard. Treat yourself to a massage, scrub, wrap, facial or shiatsu session.

Dining is an absolute pleasure with à la carte Asian fusion cuisine served at The Verandah – an open-sided all-day restaurant which overlooks the gardens.
