This lovely villa is a very spacious shout for a three-bed, and has a premium setting tucked away on Barbados’ sleepy northwest coast. About as beachfront as it gets, it’s a one-level haven of contemporary beach-chic living that sits right by the water’s edge. Warm, golden sands are just a few steps away down a few steps from the villa terrace, and the westerly views of the Caribbean Sea are simply stunning. A large covered seating deck combines with a lovely garden, and there’s a sun terrace with loungers and an intimate plunge pool for the most perfectly panoramic of post-beach dips. An outdoor table and barbecue are included for al fresco meals, too.

Little Good Harbour House has a stylish island-style interior, with high ceilings, bright walls and contemporary furnishings throughout. The spacious kitchen has a modern fridge/freezer and breakfast bar, and there’s a cosy but open plan living/dining room for social villa evenings in. The three bedrooms are all en suite and include the indulgence of air-conditioning and pretty sea views. There’s a twin bedroom and a double bedroom which leads out to the covered terrace, while the master double has a king size bed and opens out to the garden. Getting out and about couldn’t be easier here – the famous seafood of the casual Fish Pot Restaurant is just a short walk away, and it’s less than 3km to the lovely setting and facilities of nearby Speightstown. Those who love exploring will enjoy cycling or driving further north to explore the other villages and coastline of the parish of St Lucy. From here it is also a quick drive south to Royal Westmoreland for golf, further restaurants and lively activities on Mullins Beach.
