Newly refreshed in 2025, the property sleeps up to 12 guests and enjoys peaceful views across Cabot Golf, while the restaurants, bars and shops of Rodney Bay are just a 10-minute drive away.

Designed with groups in mind, the villa offers generous living spaces spread across several levels. The ground floor centres around an open-plan living and dining area, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen and seamless spaces for gathering and entertaining. On the lower ground floor, a self-contained apartment features a double bedroom, living area, kitchenette and shower room, providing added privacy for guests.

The first floor is home to the principal suite, complete with a super king-size bed, en suite bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower, and access to a private balcony. Three further double bedrooms are also located on this level, two of which open onto the balcony. A gym and dedicated yoga studio occupy the second floor, creating a peaceful space for wellness and relaxation.

Outside, guests can unwind by the pool or retreat to the charming pool cottage, which features a living area, California king bed and kitchenette.
