This cool and classic beachfront villa has a wonderful beach-chic elegance and a premium setting on Barbados’ gorgeous Sandy Lane Beach. Looking over the gorgeous blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, it’s got direct access to this famous sandy stretch, and even has its own private cabana on it, too. For getting about and about here, you’re just five minutes from Sandy Lane’s golf course – or it’s just 3km to the lovely restaurants and historic sights of charming little Holetown.

This exclusive retreat is tucked away in four acres of tropical gardens, and has a huge swimming pool with sun loungers and shaded brollies to really make the most of the idyllic weather. Fabulous outdoor areas are dotted around the grounds for maximum relaxation, including a dining gazebo and a huge open air lounge that looks dressed to the nines with its gorgeous seating, draped curtain finishings and elaborate water feature. In the extensive gardens, there’s even a private tennis court for those more active moments. The villa itself has a very open plan feel, and in the main building, the large lounge is just gorgeous. It’s bright, white and beautifully decorated in a classic island style, with lovely indoor plants and huge open windows that drink in the inviting outside views. All of the five bedrooms here have the added luxury of a private en suite – and all are very spacious, with large, comfy beds and neutral tones that add to the light and airy feel. The main house has just two bedrooms, and there are a further three separated into cottage-style rooms beside it.
