Inside the main house, the open-plan living dining area feels instantly inviting, defined by soaring timber-beam ceilings, cream tiled floors, and large sliding glass doors that let the breeze of the Caribbean sea drift through. A sleek, contemporary kitchen with a broad stone breakfast bar leads to a generous interior dining table and a comfortable and chic lounge area.

Designed to provide excellent independence for larger groups or families, the bedrooms are split across two separate houses. In the main house, the master suite features a king size bed and an en suite bathroom complete with a private indoor/outdoor shower opening to the terrace, alongside a second en suite bedroom with two queen-size beds. The adjacent cabana houses two additional en suite bedrooms, one king and one with two queens, each enjoying refreshing outdoor-style showers and direct terrace access with stunning views over the blue waters of Mahoe Bay.

Complemented by daily housekeeping and concierge services, the property offers a completely relaxed environment alongside access to tennis courts within walking distance. Beyond the grounds, local dining options are within easy reach, with Sugarcane Restaurant located 1.9km away, while the shops and vibrant harbour of Spanish Town sit just 4.3km from the villa.
