So contemporary facilities include an integrated electronic home management system, high speed internet access, state-of-the-art entertainment systems, a small gym, exercise jets in the beachfront plunge pool, and a poolside bar and barbecue. Overlooking the pool and sea, the covered veranda is furnished for dining and sundowners. And doors lead in from here to a smart and spacious kitchen, open-plan to the convivial living room.

Set at the edge of Gibbs Beach, with water sports nearby and a beach bar/restaurant 700m away, the villa is within 5km of Speightstown, Holetown and the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course.
