🇨🇾 Cyprus – Paphos Highlights ☀️🌊

Whether you’re heading for a relaxing beach break, a romantic wedding, or a bit of both, Paphos in Cyprus really is a destination that has it all. I’ve been lucky enough to visit a few times now, both for holidays and specifically to see wedding venues, and it’s always such a gorgeous, easygoing place to explore.

🏛️ Paphos Old Town

Absolutely stunning! If you’re staying anywhere in the Paphos area, make sure you take time to visit the Old Town. It has such a lovely, authentic charm with beautiful cobbled streets, boutique shops, open-air cafés and some incredible restaurants. It’s a great escape from the more touristy areas along the seafront, but still really accessible.

🍽️ Hotel Visits & Seafront Walks

We had such a lovely day exploring some of the best adult-focused hotels in the area. The Asimina Suites Hotel was a standout, a luxury all-suite, adults-only hotel that really delivers on peace, elegance, and service. We enjoyed a delicious 3-course lunch here and I’d absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a more refined, quiet escape.

Just next door is the Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel, which has a totally different feel, still fantastic, but more laid-back and great for couples, groups and families alike. The rooms are lovely, the location is spot on right along the beachfront, and there’s always something going on. They also do weddings here, I’ve actually visited specifically to view wedding setups, and it really does make a beautiful venue!

We also popped by the TUI Blue Pioneer Beach – another adults-only option with a relaxed and friendly vibe, right on the seafront with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

🌅 Sunset Firework Cruise

Later that evening we headed out for a stroll around the Old Town before boarding the famous sunset yacht cruise. This was such a fun way to end the day, stunning views along the coastline, drinks on board, live entertainment, and the firework finale was just magical!
