Set within beautifully landscaped grounds and positioned right on the water’s edge, this outstanding villa enjoys direct access to the sea via a private jetty and offers breathtaking views across the sparkling Ionian.

At the heart of the property, a spectacular curved infinity pool appears to melt seamlessly into the horizon, creating a dramatic focal point for outdoor living. Expansive terraces provide ample space for sun-soaked afternoons, al fresco dining and sunset aperitifs overlooking the water, while the villa’s privileged setting ensures a sense of tranquillity throughout your stay.

The main house features a beautifully crafted open-plan kitchen, dining and living area beneath soaring timber ceilings, complemented by natural stone finishes and floor-to-ceiling views of the sea. Occupying an entire level of its own, the luxurious master suite offers a peaceful sanctuary with a private terrace and spectacular coastal vistas.

Three further en suite bedrooms are located within the guest house, each opening onto a shared panoramic balcony with sea views, while one also benefits from an outdoor bath and shower for an indulgent open-air experience.

Despite its peaceful waterfront setting, Villa Ares is ideally placed for exploring this sought-after stretch of coastline. The picturesque bay of Agni, with its renowned seafront tavernas, cafés and beach bar, is just 1.1km away. Kalami's restaurants and bars can be reached within 3.5km, while Nisaki, 4.5km away, offers additional dining options and local amenities. The vibrant beach resort of Barbati, with its beautiful beach and wider selection of restaurants and shops, is just 7.1km from the villa.
