Set high in the hills above San Stefano, Portokalia is a wonderfully spacious villa with spectacular sea views, generous outdoor living areas and flexible accommodation that makes it ideal for families and groups travelling together.

Arranged across a main house and two separate annexes, the villa offers a thoughtful balance of shared spaces and privacy. The accommodation includes a master suite with a private sea-view balcony, three further double bedrooms, two of which can be arranged as twins, and a children's bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms benefit from en suite facilities, while the small annexe also features its own open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, providing additional independence for guests.

Outside, Portokalia is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. A beautiful 12-metre-long swimming pool takes centre stage, perfectly positioned to capture the panoramic views across the coastline and Ionian Sea. Spacious covered terraces provide plenty of room to relax in the shade, while the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area create the perfect setting for long lunches and memorable evenings dining al fresco.

Despite its peaceful hillside setting, Portokalia is just a 10-minute drive from the waterfront tavernas and laid-back atmosphere of San Stefano. The beaches of Avlaki and Kalami are both within easy reach, while Kassiopi's shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife are just 6km away.
