Naiada is a newly built villa sitting above Kassiopi, enjoying a peaceful elevated position with far-reaching views across the surrounding landscape and towards the coast. Contemporary in design yet full of character, the villa pairs clean lines and generous proportions with vibrant interiors that bring warmth and personality to every room.

Inside, the accommodation is arranged over two floors. The ground floor is home to a spacious open-plan living and dining area, creating a sociable space for gathering together, while a separate library offers a quiet retreat away from the main living areas. Upstairs, four well-appointed bedrooms sleep up to eight guests, including two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, while two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort during the warmer months.

Designed with outdoor living in mind, the villa centres around a striking infinity pool, positioned to make the most of the views. Spacious terraces provide plenty of room to relax throughout the day, while a built-in barbecue creates an easy setting for long lunches and al fresco dinners with family and friends. Set within three acres of private grounds dotted with olive, almond, lemon and orange trees, Naiada enjoys a wonderfully secluded feel while remaining within easy reach of Kassiopi.

Kassiopi's restaurants, bars, shops and beaches are around a 15-minute walk away, with Naiada just 1.2 km from the village square, making this villa a convenient base for exploring this popular corner of north-east Corfu. Avlaki Beach, with boat hire and paddle boarding, is within easy reach, while St Stephano and the historic village of Old Perithia offer rewarding days out nearby.
