As you enter the property, you’ll be met by the fabulous Trajan Dining Room, allowing up to twenty guests to experience the villa’s professional chef service all at once, with food being cooked just next door in the downstairs kitchen. Enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplace in the sitting room at the heart of the villa, before roaming the the four stunning bedrooms situated on the ground floor, two of which are interconnected, and one of which has a private entrance to the Hammam. Each bedroom is unique, opening up onto a different part of the villa, offering their own perspectives on the local scenery. As you make your way upstairs, two more interconnected spacious bedrooms boast scenic views of their own. A library and a secondary kitchen and dining area complete the first floor. On the roof terrace, take a dip in the rooftop pool before having dinner under the stars in the warm summer air. For more dining options, both the courtyard and the garden terrace have their own dining tables, and there’s an additional barbecue area by the poolside outdoor kitchen.

Outside, the garden is bursting with life. The pool house is home to two interconnected bedrooms, one twin and one super king, both coupled with picturesque views of the sea and their own en suite. Another sea-facing king size suite can be found directly above the chapel, for those looking for a more private room. The seaside town of Monopoli is only a twelve minute drive away, rich in history, and offering great options for restaurants. More locally, there are shops and a pizzeria just a five minute drive away.
