This beautiful modern villa is set amongst olive trees, plumbago and other shrubs close to the coast, mid-way between Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca, just 2.4km from excellent inexpensive restaurants and shops in the picturesque village of Spongano. Beautifully furnished in contemporary elegant Italian style, its white walls form a blank backdrop for smart soft furnishings and a few antique pieces. Once inside, on the left hand side there is an open plan sitting room with contemporary white sofas leading through to the dining area with beautiful cupboard housing all table and glassware.
