The Henry Jones Art Hotel

The hotel is situated on the wharf at Sullivans Cove on a site dating back to 1804. This former jam factory was transformed into a five-star hotel in 2004 and now partners with artists to present an ever-changing exhibition of artworks.

Accommodation is extremely well presented and spacious with many rooms boasting views over the city, mountains or waterfront.

Guests can enjoy delicious Tasmanian food including fresh seafood and Australian steaks at Landscape Restaurant. There’s also the Jam Packed Cafe serving light bites and beverages plus the impressive IXL Long Bar where you can relax with a drink.
