Silky Oaks Lodge

This five star lodge is hidden away in the tropical World Heritage listed Daintree National Park, approximately 20 minutes' drive from Port Douglas. As well as overlooking the Mossman River, you are well placed to access the northern reaches of the Great Barrier Reef and the jungle.

Complimentary activities include guided walks, yoga, mountain biking, kayaking and snorkelling. Silky Oaks Lodge also books special interest tours such as helicopter experiences, hot air ballooning, horse riding, fishing charters, self-drive tours, Great Barrier Reef experiences and walkabout and habitat tours.

When it's time to completely relax, the Healing Waters Spa has seven treatment rooms and offers a range of massages and therapies. There's also a tennis court and a lagoon style swimming pool.

Dining is an absolute delight in the elegant Treehouse Restaurant which sits high in the Rainforest canopy overlooking the river. The menu features fresh and local produce plus a great choice of fine Australian wines.

Accommodation is provided in individual treehouses and riverhouses spread throughout the grounds of the resort. Each has floor-to-ceiling windows allowing you to appreciate the wonderful views, wide veranda with hammock, air conditioning, ceiling fans, king or twin beds, bathroom, slippers, bathrobes, hairdryer, iPod music system/CD player, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities.

Daintree & Garden Treehouses

Daintree Treehouses are set beside the rainforest and have a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Garden Treehouses overlook the tropical gardens, are close to the main lodge and have a spa bath as well as a separate shower. 44-47 sq m

Deluxe Treehouse

Elegantly styled and set high, Deluxe Treehouses offer a private and romantic setting perfect for couples. The en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and large corner spa bath. 49 sq m

River Treehouses

Enjoy spectacular rainforest views and prime riverfront locations in a River Treehouse. These elegant treehouses have a day bed and arm chair, spa bath and uninterrupted views across the rainforest. 47 sq m
