The kitchen, painted beautifully blue, matches perfectly to the traditional colonial-style interiors, whilst the living and dining area both branch out onto the pool area via an open archway giving plenty of natural light, and fresh air. Additionally, there is a TV lounge and media room for those looking to seek a cosy setting. Three double bedrooms, all with shower room en suites can be found on the ground floor, with french doors providing access straight to the pool terrace.

Upstairs is where the master bedroom can be found. A magnificent sized room with a shower room en suite, lounge area with a sea and yacht club view, terrace, and rear private balcony. Additionally, another double bedroom with a private balcony and bathroom is situated on this floor.

Poised between palm trees, a charming cottage sits in the grounds, painted picture card yellow with blue shutters. One bedroom with bath and shower room en suite is nested away here.

Outside, is a private pool area with a gazebo and direct access to the sea, Dieppe bay. Two additional beaches, Pigeon beach and Galleon beach are just 6km away whilst Rendezvous bay is just a fifty minute hike away. Amenities such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants start from just a five minute drive away.
