Marmaris
Marmaris
There is so much to do. You can shop in the local markets market and bazaar where you can buy anything from tea towels to motor cars (not sure I'd recommend a car purchase given the luggage restrictions!) The resort has over a thousand bars and restaurants which range from budget friendly to harbour front romantic settings - all there for the visitor to sample and enjoy.
The beach stretches for over 5 kilometres offering an extensive pedestrian promenade with a plentiful supply of bars and restaurants, so, if you do get hungry or thirsty help is never far away.
There are boat trips, which are reasonably priced and depart daily providing an ideal opportunity for you to relax and enjoy the Turkish sunshine. Marmaris has two water parks, one on the sea front and one a little further back - these are a great attractive for the younger members of the family and of course those family members who want to describe themselves as 'young at heart'.
If you haven't already visited this lovely destination then consider Marmaris for your next summer getaway - it really is worth a trip and I'd be delighted to talk to you about all the fantastic things the resort has to offer.
