The Grecotel Corfu Imperial couldn’t have picked a more perfect postcode if it tried. The hotel’s perched on a tree-blanketed peninsula that juts into the sparkling waters of the Ionian Sea, and comes with four pretty private beaches. As if the stunning location wasn’t enough, the hotel is also filled the rafters with facilities – think three pools, five restaurants, and four bars.

Days here revolve around the water. Hop between the two outdoor pools, which are both edged by spacious sun terraces topped with pristine parasols and loungers. You’ll have sea views from the water, too.
