The ground floor centers around a spacious open-plan living and dining area framed by floor-to-ceiling glass walls, filling the room with natural daylight. Modern and fully equipped, the kitchen features six induction hobs and a coffee machine, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals to enjoy on the terrace. Sliding glass doors open directly onto a covered pergola, creating an inviting setting for shaded alfresco meals beside the outdoor barbecue. All three en suite bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, each boasting direct access out to the lawn.
