Villa Merkez is a large, spacious property ideal for large groups seeking an escape in Turkey. The villa is split across three apartments, offering the perfect combination of proximity and privacy. Each apartment is modern, bright and airy. The ground floor apartment includes a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, as well as two double bedrooms opening to either the garden or a private terrace. The second apartment is located at street level, boasting an almost identical layout, except that the two double bedrooms provide access to balconies instead. The top floor apartment features a similarly welcoming kitchen, living room and dining area. There are three en suite double bedrooms here, two opening to a balcony and the third to the sun-kissed roof terrace. This is the best spot to soak up Kalkan's sunshine and views, complete with sun loungers and a plunge pool. There is also a private pool in the garden.

This property is conveniently located close to Kalkan centre, where guests will discover plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. There are several wonderful beaches nearby, including Kalkan beach which is just 1km from the villa. Local places of interest include Kas and Berzigan.
