There are four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite, colour scheme and view of the sea. In the living space, floor-to-ceiling windows allow in plenty of natural light, with a flatscreen TV and comfortable velvet seating. The fully-equipped kitchen is similarly sleek and modern, with a breakfast bar and a dining table for eight. Although contemporary in every aspect, the villa still manages to showcase a touch of the region's traditional architecture, thanks to its natural stone accents.

Outside, a large and tidy lawn makes the perfect space for playtime with children, located beside the outdoor dinning space and private pool. The villa is located close to Sutivan, a small fishing village and port town where plenty of local restaurants and cafes can be enjoyed. There are also several lovely beaches nearby.
