I’m Elaine. Born and raised in the West Midlands, my business and I are based near Cannock in Staffordshire.

I began my career in customer service roles and have now been a travel professional for over three decades, becoming a self-employed, independent travel agent in 2021 and joining Designer Travel in 2024.

I pride myself on my friendly, approachable manner and exceptional attention to detail, and in 2023, I was delighted for this to be recognised nationally with a prestigious industry award. Recent years have illustrated the importance of booking through an accredited and reputable travel agent.
