Villa Sunstone is a refined seafront retreat set in the peaceful village of Lozica, just a short drive from Dubrovnik’s historic Old Town. The villa accommodates up to ten guests in five generous en suite bedrooms. Each bedroom enjoys sea views and a calm, elegant aesthetic, with air conditioning, modern comforts and private bathrooms stocked with premium amenities. The main suite offers a particularly indulgent experience, featuring curated European artwork and a statement bathtub positioned to frame the coastline beyond.

The ground floor is laid out for relaxed living and entertaining, with an open-plan configuration that brings together the kitchen, dining area and living space. The living room blends comfort and style with plush seating, rich textures and a large TV screen for evenings in. A private gym and a bright home office complete the interior offering.

Outside, an infinity pool overlooks the turquoise sea, with terraces designed for both lounging and open-air dining.
