Villa Sunstone is a refined seafront retreat set in the peaceful village of Lozica, just a short drive from Dubrovnik’s historic Old Town. Designed to make the most of its privileged waterfront position, the villa combines contemporary architecture with carefully considered interiors, offering space, privacy and uninterrupted views across the Adriatic.

The villa accommodates up to ten guests in five generous en suite bedrooms. Each bedroom enjoys sea views and a calm, elegant aesthetic, with air conditioning, modern comforts and private bathrooms stocked with premium amenities. The main suite offers a particularly indulgent experience, featuring curated European artwork and a statement bathtub positioned to frame the coastline beyond.

The ground floor is laid out for relaxed living and entertaining, with an open-plan configuration that brings together the kitchen, dining area and living space. The living room blends comfort and style with plush seating, rich textures and a large TV screen for evenings in. A private gym and a bright home office complete the interior offering.

Outside, an infinity pool overlooks the turquoise sea, with terraces designed for both lounging and open-air dining.
