Set among olive groves and citrus orchards on the edge of the village of Orašac, Villa Soldi is a contemporary private retreat just west of Dubrovnik. Peacefully positioned yet well connected, the villa offers a sense of seclusion while remaining close to the coast’s most celebrated landmarks, including the Arboretum Trsteno and the nearby Dubrovnik Sun Gardens Resort.

Defined by clean architectural lines, the villa sits comfortably within its natural surroundings, with interiors designed to capture natural light and open sea views. Accommodation is arranged across four en suite bedrooms, sleeping up to eight guests. Each bedroom opens onto a private balcony with views either of the Adriatic or across the tranquil village.

The ground floor is designed for relaxed, sociable living, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area flowing onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, while the living area features contemporary pieces by Croatian designers, creating a calm and inviting space.

Outdoors, a sheltered terrace includes a swimming pool, sun loungers and a barbecue area, offering a private alternative to nearby beaches. A rooftop terrace crowns the villa, providing panoramic views across the sea, countryside and village rooftops, perfect for sunset drinks or a morning coffee.

Dubrovnik Port is approximately 15km away from the villa, while the village of Zaton lies around 6.2km away
