Hi, I‘m Fay and I am based in the Nottingham area where I live with my partner and one of my daughters.

I have over 25 years of travel experience starting my travel journey as a YTS for Lunn Poly. Since then I have worked mainly in retail for independent travel agents. Finding the right holiday and more importantly, the best price is my passion, combined with my customer service skills it gives me great satisfaction to know I have found 'the one' and at Designer Travel we are an Independant Agent which means we have a great many suppliers we use to source the best deals.

As a family, we travelled many times to Majorca staying in Villas. Disneyland Paris was also a firm family favourite of ours. Some of my favourite destinations include the Greek Islands, Australia - loved Sydney! Abu Dhabi - so much to do and Barbados.
