Set in a dazzling bay near the town of Rogoznica, Villa Baya is a modern, four-bedroom villa for groups of family and friends. Just 50m away from the sea, the property boasts extraordinary views from every balcony and terrace. The bright interior consists of a spacious living room where guests can enjoy a cosy, relaxed evening, a sleek fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room. The property also features four stunning en suite bedrooms, each elegantly designed and complete with a flatscreen TV. A sauna, pool table, table football and fitness room are all provided for guests' recreation and relaxation. The exterior of the villa has been carefully designed with seating areas that best enjoy the views, a built-in barbecue, al fresco dining table and a large pool. There is also a playground for the little ones.

Rogoznica is a small village characterised by its sheltered bay and calm waters. There are plenty of restaurants here that serve local delicacies, as well as shops and beaches. The UNESCO proclaimed Old Town of Trogir, just a 30 minutes' drive away, is certainly not to be missed. Or guests could head to Split for an abundance of dining options, shops, historical sites and nightlife.
