Introduction

The Six Senses Laamu is located on a privately owned island - Olhuveli, situated in the southern Laamu Atoll.

Accommodation is a combination of over-water and on-land villas which are all constructed using sustainable materials. The restaurants serve delicious dishes, many using produce grown in the islands organic gardens. The Chill Bar is the ideal over-water lounge to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets over the turquoise Indian Ocean.

The therapeutic Six Senses Spa is right on the beach and has four secluded, uniquely designed couples treatment nests plus an Ayurvedic treatment pavilion.

Holistic therapies, natural products and a comprehensive range of signature treatments are on offer in this relaxing haven. Spa experts can offer spiritual and physical therapies, you can take the ‘Discover Yoga' program or Yogic Detox or detox and relieve stress with the Six Senses Laamu Natural Package which includes a body polish, massage, mini facial and foot ritual.

This is a wonderful resort for water activity lovers. The professional dive team are on hand to provide lessons and diving information to help you make the most of the coral gardens and ocean. Early morning dives, full dives and night dives are available.

Surfers can enjoy the biggest swells which are likely to occur in June to September and the Six Senses Laamu has morning and afternoon trips to the most famous break of the Atoll, the Yin Yang.

The crystal clear lagoon also offers the perfect environment for wakeboarding, waterskiing and windsurfing - great fun!

Half day catamaran excursions are available to take you to the local island, snorkelling, dolphin spotting or just out towards the sunset.
