Sa Aurelia offers a calm, secluded setting that blends traditional Majorcan character with a refined, contemporary feel. Surrounded by orchards, gardens and natural woodland, it feels wonderfully private and tucked away, while still remaining close to Pollensa.

Inside, the house is spacious and easy to settle into, with a simple, understated style. Natural materials and soft tones bring warmth throughout, while the layout has been thoughtfully designed to suit both quiet moments and relaxed social living. A large entrance hall leads into a series of inviting spaces, including a bright living room opening onto the front terrace, a library with access to a side terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen-diner that flows naturally outdoors.

On the ground floor, a double bedroom with en suite shower room opens directly onto the terrace. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen size bed with en suite bathroom and separate shower, alongside two more double bedrooms bedrooms, each with their own en suite. A separate children’s wing provides additional flexibility.

Outdoors, a side terrace features two large dining tables, while the back terrace centres around a generous oak table for group meals, complemented by comfortable sofas and chairs for unwinding. At the heart of the grounds, a 12-metre private pool sits surrounded by greenery and open space, creating a laid-back setting for long days in the sun.

Private, spacious and well located, Sa Aurelia is a comfortable base for enjoying this quieter side of Mallorca while staying close to everything Pollensa has to offer. The villa sits just outside the town, with easy access to the restaurants and atmosphere of Pollensa Old Town - just over 5km away, as well as the coastline and marina. For everyday convenience, Eroski and Lidl supermarkets are within a short drive, while Pollensa Golf Club offers a nearby option for those looking to spend time on the course.
