With sublime views over beautiful countryside and various terraces offering different spots for al fresco dining, lounging and sundowners, this magnificent property in Menorca has been painstakingly restored with the finest attention to detail to offer a very comfortable and informal holiday home furnished with interesting decorative objects, complemented by beautiful pieces of furniture, rugs, artwork and photographs sourced by the owner worldwide.

Even though the finca is over 1,000 square metres with twelve bedrooms, the layout is quite straightforward. At ground floor level, the heart of the property is a flow of interconnecting rooms from the entrance hall. Some sitting areas and the large kitchen open to the terrace. There is also a dining room with unique bespoke wooden table with designer chairs and two bedrooms with high ceilings. A special feature of the ground floor is a covered loggia to escape the heat of the day and gym, or yoga room. The first floor has more of a strong personality with a rich palette of colours.  The highlight of the first floor is the impressive Gran Salòn, a sitting room with striking floor tiles with a marble bar and games area complemented by several bedrooms. This Salòn is a showcase of the owner's talent for combining vintage pieces bought at auction with new bespoke and designer pieces. The master bedroom opens out to a private terrace and a Junior master bedroom opens to a smaller terrace. Mirroring this layout, the heart of the second floor, which is more minimalistic in feel, is an informal media/TV room encircled by further bedrooms. Each bedroom is a unique creation with sunrise or sunset views. Using a calm, restful colour palette in soft heritage tones, the large, light rooms are all stylishly furnished, with super king size beds, sitting areas in some of the larger bedrooms, and ‘his and her’ basins in some of the bath or shower rooms.

Extremely spacious inside and out, there is plenty of space for guests to find quiet corners. Outside, a 25 metre heated pool is placed to enjoy the splendid views with outside furniture sourced from the Italian brand Ethimo, the Catalan brand Kettal or the Belgian brand Triu, joined by a pool house with outside kitchen, shower room. There is table tennis, a boules court and hammocks to doze off in. The House Manager will be pleased to assist with a selection of additional services including boat and bicycle hire. 

This is an ideal property for a relaxed holiday or intimate special celebration. The villa is just 2 km from amenities at Es Migjorn and 3km from long sandy beaches and facilities at Santo Tomàs. From June - September catering and daily housekeeping is included for 6 breakfasts, 5 lunches and suppers two of which are 'fine' dining and 3 of which are more casual gatherings allowing guests to fully relax and recharge.
