Completely refurbished at the end of 2025, Casa Luma is an elegant haven of modern comfort tucked into the quiet coastal village of Binibèquer Nou. Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, the property balances contemporary design with absolute privacy, offering a secluded escape with no overlooking neighbors.

The villa is thoughtfully arranged entirely on one floor, making it an excellent choice for multi-generational families. Inside, the bright living room flows naturally into a covered, wind-sheltered outdoor lounge, a comfortable spot perfect for escaping the midday sun. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a morning-ready coffee maker and juicer, opens directly to the rear dining terrace. Here, a large gas BBQ and an integrated beer tap set the scene for relaxed, open-air family lunches under the parasols.

The bedroom layout offers excellent comfort and individual space. Each of the four double bedrooms serves as a quiet retreat, complete with its own en suite bathroom, separate WC, and an individual terrace looking out over the garden greenery. For a change of perspective, steps lead up to a spacious split-level roof terrace. Equipped with a casual chill-out area and framing sea views across the horizon, a lovely spot for relaxing throughout the day.

The local area requires very little travelling to explore. A car is entirely optional here, with the soft sands of Binibèquer beach just a brief walk away, alongside a charming selection of local bakeries, seafront restaurants, and shops. With Mahón and the airport reachable in under twenty minutes, the villa promises a seamless, slow-paced island holiday.
