Haven Riviera Cancún by Hipotels is a 5-star, adults-only, all-inclusive resort focused on luxury and romance, designed to offer the highest quality in services and facilities, with a prime location. It features 435 rooms, 114 of which have private pools. The resort also boasts eight restaurants, a café, 14 bars, 24-hour room service, a nightclub, a spa, a gym, recreational activities, two sports courts, and three swimming pools. Starting in November 2023, we will operate a convention center with a capacity of 1,000 people, covering an area of 8,448.93 m², offering the following amenities: a kitchen, two meeting rooms, eight event rooms, a foyer, a terrace, a bar, parking, administrative offices, machine rooms, restrooms, electrical rooms, a cold room, two freezing chambers, a hot kitchen with a dishwashing area, a medical office, two waste rooms, and a furniture storage room. We are a hotel company primarily focused on the North American mid-to-upper segment vacation market. The quality of our product and the comprehensive range of services we offer, combined with an optimal price-quality ratio, aim to establish this brand under the Hipotels chain in the Caribbean as a trusted brand and a reference in the vacation sector. Our main objective is to meet the needs and exceed our guests' and clients' expectations and requirements through a working system that prioritizes prevention, detection, correction, and continuous improvement of our processes.

Aware of the environmental impact, as well as the limitation of natural resources associated with the development of our activity, and to contribute to sustainable development, we are committed to protecting and conserving the environment, conscious of being located in a protected natural area.
