The Conservatory: One of two award winning restaurants, The Conservatory offers a mouth watering menu of traditional South African fare including burgers, steaks and lamb. Many of the recipes include produce picked from the hotels’ own gardens where possible.


Greenhouse: For a unique culinary experience, Greenhouse is the place to visit. Menus are changed for the seasons and only locally produced ingredients are used. There’s also a dedicated vegetarian menu.
