The Botanico is the only 5 star plus hotel in the north of the island. The hotel is set in beautiful lush tropical gardens in an elevated position at the top of the town in the beautiful ‘La Paz Area’ opposite the Botanical Gardens.

This luxurious hotel boasts a large freshwater heated pool within the immaculately maintained gardens and towels and loungers provided. Nearby are two tennis courts and an 18-hole putting green and practice net. The grounds of the hotel are extensive and very calming. There are huge open spaces throughout the hotel with spacious sitting areas on each floor before the corridors leading to bedrooms and suites.

The Oriental Spa Garden is quite magnificent; set in its own private garden it has its own pool areas, one outdoor and one indoor, with jet streams and underwater massage and two open air Jacuzzis

The spa is built in an Asian style with natural daylight used extensively and features handmade antique furniture from Thailand. All hotel guests (over 16 years old) have free access to the area, including the thermal circuit with themed showers, ice cold and tropical rain showers, aromatherapy, inhalation room, ice igloo, Finnish sauna and a cardiovascular fitness room.

You’ve also got four restaurants to choose from and the resort centre of Puerto de la Cruz is approximately one mile away.
