This 5-star resort is located just over half a mile from La Caleta de Adeje Beach in south-west Tenerife.

The Canarian-style villa accommodation is of a very high standard and you have the added advantage of a wealth of facilities on site as well.

We loved this resort for its laid back and friendly atmosphere, beautifully furnished villas and the range of facilities that this resort offers. Let’s start with some of the basics including the 24 hour reception desk, excursion desk, complimentary Spanish and international daily newspapers, welcome products, room service, kids club, free in-room safes, free pool towels, a mini-mart, and a laundry service. The resort has room service, pool bar lunch service and breakfast buffet. We ate at the restaurant during our visit and the food was excellent.

There are two swimming pools plus a children’s pool and plenty of sunloungers so it’s easy to enjoy the fine weather that Tenerife is so famous for. The pools are located on two levels and the pool bar is there to ensure you keep yourselves fully hydrated.

For those guests wishing to explore the island car hire is an easy option with free parking provided for guests. There‘s also a complimentary shuttle service which operates from the resort to the exclusive Plaza del Duque shopping centre.

One Bedroom Villa

The one bedroom villa option at Hotel Suite Villa Maria is duplex in style and has air conditioning and a sea view furnished terrace. The upper floor has a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and hydro-massage shower.

The lower floor has a living room with flat screen TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Two Bedroom Villas

There are two types of two bedroom villas, both with air conditioning: Type one is a Duplex Villa, which consists of an upper floor with bedroom and en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower. The lower floor has a bedroom, bathroom with hydro-massage shower, living room with dining area, flat screen satellite TV, an American style well equipped kitchen complete with toaster, coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and a microwave. This villa type also has a furnished terrace with sea views.

The second type of villa offers the luxury of an outside Jacuzzi.

Three Bedroom Villas

Spacious, well laid out and air conditioned duplex style living. The first floor has an en-suite bedroom and the lower floor has two additional bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms (all enjoying hydro-massage showers). The living room has a flat screen TV plus there is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine.

There is a spacious, furnished terrace where you can marvel at the fantastic views that are one of the resorts major assets.

Three bedroom villas are also available with a private pool.

La Torre: Overlooking the Plaza and the dazzling swimming pool, the La Torre Restaurant serves delicious buffet style breakfasts and comes alive at night with elegant and intimate dining, perfect for enjoying fine wines and the Canarian and international cuisines the resort has to offer.

Pool Bar: Light snacks, tasty lunches, beverages and ice creams.

For a delicious cocktail, head to the Plaza Bar – a lovely place to enjoy the sunset.
