Set in very extensive and highly panoramic private grounds of just over an acre on the verdant Geni Peninsula, this treasured family home is supremely comfortable and makes an excellent get-together venue for family or friends. With air conditioning, all mod cons, and a design style ranging from comfortably country to smart contemporary and decorated with works of art collected in Greece, Costa Rica and Japan, the accommodation over three floors includes a pool side guest suite, with a spacious double bedroom and its own kitchen/living room shared with a second double bedroom with en suite. The three further spacious bedrooms, all opening to furnished balconies share the top floor with another attractive sitting room, acting like a look-out tower and complete with telescope. In between, on the main floor, are a well-equipped large breakfast kitchen, an airy dining room with a solid wood refectory table for ten, and big sofas and bean bags and large TV in an informal sitting room.

All three rooms at this level open on to a long veranda, furnished for al fresco dining and gazing out across the water to Scorpios island; steps lead down from here to the infinity pool in its sea view terrace; and an outdoor kitchen, ideal for leisurely lunches, has a wood oven, barbecue and prep area. There is also a shaded dining area at this level adjacent to the outside kitchen area and table tennis at the rear of the property. Paths meander through the beautiful mature tiered gardens to an area furnished with sunbeds for relaxation by the water and stone steps leads down to the two shingle beaches below, one with jetty with boat mooring. The villa is a short drive (or sail) to tavernas in Geni and Nidri. Bathrobes and Korres bathroom amenities are provided. A unique and special property.
