Recently refurbished to the very highest standards, the villa features refined contemporary interiors arranged across two seamlessly connected wings. Light-filled, high-ceilinged living spaces open directly onto the gardens, pools and outdoor dining areas, creating an effortless flow between indoors and out. Beautifully appointed and high ceilinged bedrooms enjoy garden or sea views, with the largest master bedroom opening onto private terraces with views towards Capri. With the exception of one more compact bedroom, all bedrooms are spacious and well-equipped with safe and mini-fridge. Some are large enough to easily accommodate an extra bed.

The outdoor spaces are a particular highlight, with two swimming pools set within the extensive lawned gardens: an infinity pool with captivating sea views, and a second horizon pool with handrail for easy access, alongside a covered open air fitness area. Guests can choose between two outdoor dining areas, though the outdoor kitchen by the infinity pool, complete with pizza oven, is a natural gathering point. There is also a large shaded pergola for large parties to gather together.

Local shops, cafés and restaurants, a chemist and bus stop are within walking distance in Massa Lubrense, while the charming harbour and small beach at Marina della Lobra are a short drive or 20 - 25 minute walk downhill. Sorrento is just 15 minutes by car, with the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius all easily accessible for day trips.
