Villa Pikermi is a three-bedroom hillside retreat, perched above Rouda Bay on the southeast coast of Lefkada, Greece. With access to Mikros Gialos and its beach, restaurants and amenities. This haven for families and groups of friends offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and breathtaking views. The property's crowning glory is its spectacular panorama, encompassing the Ionian Sea, the islands of Arkoudi, Ithaca, and Kefalonia, as well as the lush forested hillsides across the bay. With its secluded location, private swimming pool, and proximity to the charming Mikros Gialos beach, Villa Pikermi puts privacy first.

Inside the villa, thoughtfully designed interiors maximise comfort, taking full advantage of the villa's incredible setting. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area, combining a sitting room, dining area, and kitchen, making for the ideal spot to socialise and enjoy relaxed evenings in. One double bedroom with a bathroom en suite and separate shower is also located on this level, whilst upstairs, two flexible bedrooms can be configured with either twin or double beds, each boasting an en suite shower room. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, for comfort no matter the weather outside.

Outside, Villa Pikermi boasts wide terraces, offering total privacy and multiple spots to relax, whether you’re more accustomed to sunny or shady spots. The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off in the heat while admiring gracious sea views. The villa’s covered terrace offers al fresco dining options for hearty home cooked meals, or for those wanting to explore, the charming hamlet of Mikros Gialos is just a 20-minute walk away, offering two good tavernas and a small minimarket. The livelier ports of Sivota and Nidri are within a 20-25 minute drive, providing additional dining and shopping options. With the beautiful Mikros Gialos beach also very nearby, boats, paddleboards, and kayaks are all available for hire.
