Villa Melarosa
Villa Melarosa is a stunning waterfront villa located in the charming village of Pržno, Montenegro, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Sveti Stefan and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. This spacious villa features eleven elegant bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests, making it ideal for large groups or family vacations. The suites and rooms are spread across two buildings: seven suites and a one-bedroom apartment in the main villa, and three additional rooms in the annex, perfect for guests seeking extra privacy or staff.
The main villa’s ground floor welcomes you with a spacious lobby and reception desk, connected by elevator to the upper levels. Ground floor suites open onto the terrace, while first and top floor suites offer balconies with inspiring views.
At the level below the ground floor, Villa Melarosa offers a spa with an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, massage room, fitness center, and changing rooms. This level also includes an opulent dining space, professional kitchen, library corner, concert piano and billiard table.
Outside, enjoy the villa’s terraced garden. With the Adriatic in the backdrop, peaceful spots to relax and lounge are scattered across several levels. Sea access is via a small stone staircase on the lowest level. Next to it, topping off the villa’s spectacular design, is the outdoor pool with loungers, perfect for sunset views and a glass of champagne.
With a private gated entrance, secure garage parking, and private yacht mooring, Villa Melarosa ensures both convenience and seclusion along the Montenegrin Riviera.
