In a peaceful location on Kefalonia’s southern coast, Villa Erin combines contemporary interiors with epic al fresco living. This property offers the best of both worlds as while there is a lovely sense of privacy, a stunning sandy beach is only 1.5km from the villa, while the charming village of Spartia is just 1km away. Inside the villa is ultra-modern, decorated in neutral shades with cool tiled floors. The spacious living area is open-plan, with comfortable seating and a large screen TV for indoor relaxation, a dining table for all guests to enjoy meals together and a fully-equipped kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead to an incredible terrace with al fresco seating for enjoying the far reaching views across the countryside to the sea. Sunken into the terrace is an incredibly inviting infinity pool and sunlounger pool - there’s also a shallow area for sun loungers to sit and cool off from the afternoon sun.

Erin sleeps six guests across three lovely en suite bedrooms, making it ideal for groups of friends or couples seeking a relaxing break. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and open to the terrace, while the third bedroom occupies the first floor.
