Villa Dalmatica is a characterful coastal retreat set in the peaceful area of Stikovica, just a short drive from the historic city of Dubrovnik. Overlooking the calm waters of Zaton Bay and out towards the Elaphiti Islands, the villa combines traditional Dalmatian architecture with a fresh, modern interiors.

The main house spans two floors, while a separate annex apartment sits above, accessed via an external staircase, ideal for guests seeking a little extra independence. Inside, the open-plan living and kitchen area is bright and welcoming, with large glass doors that fill the space with natural light and open onto the terrace. High ceilings and comfortable furnishings create an easy, sociable atmosphere.

Five well-appointed bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests. Four are located on the upper floor, each with its own en suite bathroom and private balcony, while a fifth bedroom on the ground floor provides convenient access and added flexibility.

Outside, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sun terrace provide plenty of space to unwind, while shaded seating areas and an outdoor kitchen make al fresco dining effortless. From morning coffee to sunset drinks, the views across the bay are a constant highlight.

With a local shop nearby, the beach within easy reach, and Dubrovnik a short drive away, Villa Dalmatica offers both tranquillity and convenience.
