This modern and exceptionally elegant villa with huge swimming pool boasts the most fabulous open views down to the glittering north east coastline of Corfu. On the ground floor there is a large country style kitchen, and very comfortable open plan living room with dining area and fireplace. Also on this level is the beautifully decorated master bedroom, opening out to the gardens and with an en suite that features a walk in double shower. The kitchen and living room open to the furnished pool terrace and the property’s outstanding feature, the incredibly impressive private infinity pool. Twenty metres long, it wraps around the terrace, from which you can slip straight into the sparkling water. The adjacent terrace with seating is the ideal place to relax with a drink while you take in the panoramic seascape. Upstairs, a further three bedrooms reside, one with an additional double bed at mezzanine level, all benefitting from smart shower rooms, two en suite and one off the landing. The two en suite shower rooms open out to gardens at the rear. The house is set in large lawns, rare in Corfu, which are punctuated by old olive trees providing shady spots. Kerasia beach is a 1.4km walk, or easier short drive away, while the waterside taverns of San Stephano are less than 5km from the property. Should you desire a more lively evening out, Kassiopi is reached with just a ten minute drive.
